Professional account terms

You confirm that your business information is correct and you are authorised to register on its behalf. We verify your mobile and business details and review your application before enabling professional tools.

Vendor invitations must be sent only to people who have agreed to receive them. Vendors must accept the relationship. Acceptance alone does not authorise publication, a payment or access to existing properties.

All quoted prices include GST. An eligible listing payment has one 50% remuneration recipient: the assigned agent or promoter, or the independent vendor. This is 50% of the actual listing fee paid, including any GST applicable to the remuneration. Refunds and disputes can affect eligibility.

Payment onboarding, invoice arrangements, recipient attribution and renewal eligibility must be completed or confirmed before automated remuneration is activated. Registering does not authorise REH to create recipient-created tax invoices without the applicable agreement and eligibility checks.

Promoter tools are for authorised property marketing. An account does not grant an estate-agent licence or permission to negotiate a property sale. You must use authorised media and accurate, approved property information.

You can request correction or closure of your account through REH. Records needed for payments, security and audit may be retained.
